Whether you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong model, our team is here to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.

Return Process

    Check Your Eligibility

    Ensure your stove, fireplace, or accessory is in its original, unopened packaging and has not been installed or used.

    Request a Return Authorization

    Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

  • 3.
    Securely Package Your Item

    Carefully repackage your product, ideally on the original pallet for larger stoves, to prevent any damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our technicians have inspected the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
