How much does delivery cost for large fireplaces?
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £300 within the mainland UK. For smaller items or remote locations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
Do I need a professional to install my new stove?
Yes, for safety and warranty purposes, gas fires must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and wood-burning stoves should be installed by a HETAS certified professional.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization and receive shipping instructions.
Do your electric fires come with a warranty?
All of our electric fires and stoves come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty, covering any mechanical or electrical faults.
Can I install a fireplace myself if it is electric?
Most of our electric suites are 'plug-and-go,' meaning they can be placed against a flat wall and plugged into a standard socket without professional installation.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 3-5 working days. Bespoke or large hearths may take up to 10 working days for specialized pallet delivery.
